1.Q: When can I get the price? A: Usually we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
2.Q: Can you do OEM? A: Yes,we do OEM,ODM and R&D. We can process the product according to the different needs of customers.
3.Q: How can I get some samples?
A:1,We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this
charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
B:2, Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange an RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the
samples collected, or inform us of your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
4.Q: Can I modify the color of the material/product? A: Sure, we can modify any color as you required.
5.Q: Are you able to provide custom packaging or can the box be customized?
A: Sure, We can customize paper box package or other packaging as your design. 6.Q. What is your lead time?
